Pistachio Almond Anise Biscotti

Every morning as of late I’ve been having a café latte and biscotti for breakfast. Not the healthiest way to start the day but, in my mind, I’m transported to a vogue Italian café. Today, the store was out of by beloved vanilla biscotti so I settled on Pistachio Almond Anise. It was the anise that took me over the edge. I adore anise liqueur in coffee and think I will try some toasted anise seed in my next Moroccan stew.
